Dear Customers and Suppliers, We would like to inform you about an upcoming system change that will take place at the beginning of September 2024. This is an important part of our strategy to improve our customer service and to ensure better control and efficiency in our operations and supply chain.

What's happening and why:

- System Change Date: September 1, 2024
- Purpose: To improve our customer service, operational control and efficiency within our supply chain.
- Benefits: This new system will provide better control, integration, communication and efficiency for both our customers and suppliers.

Advance Notice:
We understand that minor issues may arise, as we adapt to the new system. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are not affected, but we ask for your patience and understanding during this process.

What to expect:
- Smooth transition: We will maintain close contact with you to ensure a smooth transition and to minimize any disruptions. More detailed information will be sent out mid-August.
